To increase the security of your HesabPay account, go to the Settings section and enable these options:
- Face ID / Fingerprint
- Authenticator
1- Face ID / Fingerprint
If you want to secure access to the HesabPay app with your Face ID /Fingerprint, go to Ajustes and enable Face ID /Fingerprint.
2- Authenticator
To enable Google Authenticator, go to Ajustes y toca en Authenticator.
You can scan the Código QR using the Authenticator app or copy the code and paste it manually.
Then tap Continuar.
Once your HesabPay app is added to Authenticator, enter the six-digit code and press Continuar to activate.
After enabling these options, when opening the HesabPay app, you will first be asked to enter the six-digit code from the Authenticator app, or the app will unlock using your Fingerprint/Face ID.
