How to Use the Provide Cash Services?

To use the Provide Cash Services, open the HesabPay app, go to the Market section, and select Provide Services.

Tap on Provide Cash Services.

A short message will appear explaining What is “I Have Cash”. To continue, tap on the Okay.

f you do not want this message to appear every time, check the box Do not show again.

On this page:

  • Set your Available hours during which you are available to provide cash services.
  • Enter the amount of cash and electronic money you currently have.

Keep the option I Am Available Now turned on to stay active for receiving requests.

To set your working hours, tap on the start and end time and adjust your availability.

1- To add the available amount of e-Money:

  • Robinet I Have … AFN eMoney.
  • Select the wallet you want to use.
  • Enter the amount and confirm by tapping Yes.

You will receive a Balance Update message. Tap Okay to confirm.

    2- To add the available amount of Paper Money:

    • Robinet I Have … AFN Paper Money.
    • Select the wallet you want to use.
    • Enter the amount and confirm by tapping Yes.

    You will receive a Balance Update message. Tap Okay to confirm.

    After you add your balance, users who need cash or electronic money can send you a request.

    These requests will appear in the Pending Requests section of the app.

    3- How to Respond to Pending Requests?

    Users who need e-Money/Paper Money will send you a request, which will appear under the Pending Requests section.

    Tap on a request to view the details of the request.

    On this page, you can exchange up to 15 messages with the user to share location and other necessary details.

    When ready to complete the transaction, tap Continue.

    • Complete
      If you have received the cash/e-Money, click Complete to transfer/hand over the same amount to the user.
    • Cancel
      To cancel the transaction, click Cancel. The request will be canceled successfully, and the user will be notified.
    • Wait
      If you want to wait, tap Wait to keep the request pending.
