How to Use the Need Cash Services?

To use the Need Cash Services, open the HesabPay app, go to the Market section, and select Need Services option.

Tap on Need Cash Services.

In this page, you can specify whether you need Electronic Money or Paper Money.

Need For Electronic Money:

  • Tap the Need eMoney option.
  • Enter the amount you need, then tap the Request button.

After that you will then see two options to choose a service provider:

  1. List
  2. Map

Select a provider from the list or map and send your request.

1- List

The List shows all service providers who are available to provide cash services. You can browse through the list, select a provider, and send your request directly to them.

2- Map

The Map displays service providers near your location using icons. You can easily identify providers at different locations on the map.

Tap an icon to see the provider’s name and the distance from you.

To send a request, tap the Request button.

After sending the request, a new page will open where you can message the provider for additional information or their exact address. You can send up to 15 messages to communicate with the provider.

To proceed with the transaction, tap Continue.

If you have provided cash, tap Complete to receive the electronic money from the provider into your wallet.

Note:

  • You can complete the transaction only if the cash service provider has accepted your request. Otherwise, your request will remain Pending.

To cancel the transaction, tap Cancel. Your request will be successfully canceled, and the provider will receive a cancellation notification.

To keep your request pending, tap Wait.

Need for Paper Money (Cash):

  • Tap the Need Paper Money option.
  • Enter the amount you need, then tap the Request button.

After that you will then see two options to choose a service provider:

  1. List
  2. Map

Ketuk Continue to proceed with the transaction.

To receive physical cash from the provider, you need to send the amount in electronic money.

Ketuk Complete, then enter your 4-digit wallet PIN to send the electronic money to the provider. In return, you will receive the Paper Money.

Note:

  • You can complete the transaction only if the cash service provider has accepted your request. Otherwise, your request will remain Pending.

To cancel the transaction, tap Cancel. Your request will be successfully canceled, and the provider will receive a cancellation notification.

To keep your request pending, tap on the Wait button.
